Suse Verity - Yogini
Suse Verity is a dedicated yoga and meditation instructor at Akasha Wellness. With a passion for helping others find peace and balance, Suse adapts her teachings to suit each individual's physical needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all. Her approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from various tools and principles, including Ayurveda. Suse offers a range of classes and workshops, including yoga, meditation, and menopause support
Sophie O'Donnell - Dance and Fitness Instructor
With an impressive background as the Artistic Director of The Western Ballet Project and a Licentiate of the I.S.T.D Imperial Classical, Sophie brings a wealth of dance expertise, and she channels this profound knowledge and passion into her role as a Pilates instructor. Her extensive training, including diplomas in Dance Education and Elite Dance Performance, creates a dynamic and effective approach to movement for all her students.
Robin Ray - Metafit Instructor, Powerlifter and Personal Trainer
Robin Ray has decades of business management and fitness industry experience. She is a hands-on powerlifting coach, group fitness instructor, personal trainer. She believes in sustainable and fun fitness principles, and runs dynamic Metafit, cardio and strength sessions, and is a wickedly awesome personal trainer.
Mel Wencel - Pilates and Yoga Instructor
Mel began her fitness journey in 2007 completing cert 3 and 4 in Fitness at AIF. She then fell in love with yoga and completed her first teacher training at the Australian Yoga Academy in 2009. She began practicing Pilates to manage a back injury then completed Mat certification in 2013. She has since then completes barre and reformer Pilates qualifications. Currently teaching and running her own community mat pilates classes in Kyneton and teaching strength and group fitness classes at other local gyms.
Liv Johansen - Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
Liv is a passionate fitness instructor with over a decade of experience, inspiring clients through a variety of classes from high-energy HIIT to calming stretches. Outside of fitness, she’s a busy mum of four, a beach lover, and an avid Wordle solver who believes in doing her best and continually growing.
Keeley Meade
Keeley recently finished her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology following a Bacherlor of Exercise and Sport Science. She has a passion for complex care conditions but also pushing people to their limits and helping them reach their best in their health and fitness journies. Outside of the gym she plays netball with the Daylesford Bulldogs, enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and reading.
Fiona Ross - Musician and Sound Healing Expert
Fiona Ross is an award-winning musician based in Blackwood who also shares her talents as a sound healing practitioner. Combining her musical expertise with specialized training, Fiona leads sound healing sessions at the studio on the last Friday of each month, creating an experience of deep relaxation and well-being.
