The Studio Trentham, founded by Ruby Glew, is more than just a fitness studio – it's a community. Ruby thrives on high energy pilates classes, but can also dive into a slow, meditative Yoga session. She tailors her sessions to meet the needs of the room, and is a life-long learner, always striving to do better and be better. Book in advance via our website or The Momence App
All bookings are done via Momence, our booking software. Bookings can be made via the Momence app or by logging into your Momence account on a web browser. Alternatively, you can book directly from our website here
Instructor-led class bookings are made on the 'schedule' tab in-app and KioskPro or Group/Private bookings are made on the appointments tab
Anytime there are no instructor-led classes or private / group bookings you can book a KioskPro appointment via Momence.

The YourReformer KioskPro system is personalised, 1:1 instruction directly to your reformer or Mat. Perfect for supplementing your instructor-led classes, practicing at your own pace, or targeting specific areas of your body. The KioskPro also offers a range of Yoga and Mat Pilates classes as well.

Your session is 55 minutes in total, so you are welcome to watch one video, or multiple, feel free to stay a little longer for a stretch or some yoga, if there is no one else in the room.
Choose a space with a KioskPro nearby, grab a long box and take a seat
The kiosks also offer Mat classes so we keep a kiosk near the Mat space at the back of the room
You can move the kiosk if it suits you, but please return it to it's original spot after your workout
Login to your Your Reformer KioskPro account
Connect your headphones via Bluetooth, or use the headphones provided in-studio and connect
If you forget your headphones, no worries! We have a pair available at each reformer for you to use. If you use them, please remember to wipe them down after. If the studio isn’t busy, you’re also welcome to play the class out loud, but please be mindful of other members.
Select a class on screen, grab any accessories needed from under your reformer or around the room, and press play

If the KioskPro screen isn't working - reset the screen by holding the button on the bottom right of the back of the screen, then select restart. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
You must cancel via our website or the Momence app or browser
Cancelling at least 6 hours prior to class: No cancellation fees, you will retain your class session pass, and may use it towards a future class.
Cancelling within 6 hours of class: No refund, session is forfeited. You will be charged a $5 cancellation fee
No shows: No refund, session is forfeited. You will be charged a $10 no-show cancellation fee
You will receive a unique access code via your appointment confirmation email prior to the start of your appointment
Use this access code to enter the building

Lights and heaters are automated, so the room will be at a suitable temperature when you arrive for your appointment
What if someone follows me into the studio?
We have a strict no tailgating policy. If someone tailgates you, it will lead to the suspension of your membership. If you are having difficulty accessing the building please text or call us at 0493 814 284
Can I access the building without a booking?
If you access the building without a booking it will lead to a suspension of you membership and a permanent ban.
What Do I Need to Know in Order to Prepare Myself for My First Class?
Bring a water bottle and a towel. Arrive at 5 minutes early to get set up, and check-in. All equipment is provided.
Grippy socks and workout towels available for purchase in-studio or via The Momence app, in the products tab
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. Leggings, shorts, or exercise pants and a comfy top is perfect.

I’m a Beginner, Which Classes Can I Attend?
We offer a huge variety of beginner classes throughout the week and on weekends. There is a variety of classes for all levels

Should I Wear Shoes?
No shoes in-studio please unless you're in a class that requires them e.g. METAFIT. Grippy socks are available to purchase if required.
I'm Pregnant, Can I Still Attend Classes?
Seek professional advice from your doctor or health professional before undertaking any classes.
We will require a letter from your GP before you can attend any classes after the first trimester
Can I Bring my Child?
Children aged 9 and over are welcome to attend classes, when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Check with us first if you can bring younger children. Many of our instructors welcome a child to sit with a quiet activity during class.

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on Market and Victoria St.
Please be mindful of your neighbours keep noise to a minimum when arriving and departing the studio. Noise travels.
Please note: Parking in the side entrance on Victoria St (next to Emma James Catering) is reserved for tenants and service vehicles only. This is not a public carpark.
